Ventfort Hall Styled Shoot, Lenox, Massachusetts

What an incredible team of vendors that collaborated for this styled shoot at Ventfort Hall, where the movie Cider House Rules was filmed!  Ventfort Hall has an incredible history and is apparently haunted. I was waiting for a sign or anything bizarre to happen but sadly it did not. It has a dark and romantic vibe and with the genius styling and orchestration of Magdalena of Magdalena Events and Design the whole event was transformed into a gilded age movie set! Adorning the room and staircase with lanterns and candles, I was in awe of the beauty and romance she created. She worked endlessly to make sure everything was perfect, putting so much attention and love into every detail. Magdalena was so passionate about this shoot and the outcome showed, which is why she is such an amazing event planner.

Additional lighting was brought in by Darren of Encore Audio Event Services and it really made the whole room magical.  The lovely table linens and tableware were provided by Classical Tents . The beautiful flowers were by Cassandra Events , and the exquisite stationary was by Bella Figura. Now all of this is can’t happen without food, so in comes Jim Gop of Heirloom Fire . He cares for his land, his food and not only that but how it is prepared. He uses traditional cooking techniques with his own homemade hand-forged knives!  Want some seriously amazing nourishing food that is sourced with great care from surrounding pastures and local farms? Of course you do!

We were also graced with gorgeous models who happen to be engaged! Waterfall Perry who is a local real estate guru and her man, local musician, Billy Keane had no problem expressing their love for each other, and it was beautiful to photograph. Hair and makeup was done by Jenna Lanphear who effortlessly transformed the bride to be into the gilded age look. Waterfall wore an ethical made wedding dress by Celia Grace who empowers women all around the world through fair trade. Her dresses are incredible, we were so lucky to work with her!

I was beyond inspired by this dreamy, dark and romantic styled wedding and I hope you are too! Enjoy!
